Where can I find plain 1" green plastic buttons?!?

Not fancy or fashion or marbled. JUST SIMPLE GREEN PLASTIC!
The bright kind like you imagine would be on children's toys or clothes. I've looked everywhere I can think even my Google-Fu is coming up short. The only option so far is buying whole bags of rainbow buttons from Jo-Ann's that contain only one green a piece, but I need around 10 of these. So that would be crazy expensive.
I live north of Seattle and I'm hoping to find someplace where I can buy just some individual buttons or at least a whole bag in just the one color.
